This event is organised by the Sweden Alumni Network Vietnam – Hanoi Chapter in collaboration with the Embassy of Sweden in Hanoi. The event is open to everyone.
Midsummer is one of Sweden’s most beloved holidays as every man, woman and child in the country gather to celebrate the summer solstice or the longest day of the year. This event is to bring the community of Sweden alumni, friends of Sweden and expats closer and cherish the Midsummer tradition altogether.

1. Speeches by the Ambassador of Sweden to Vietnam, Head of Sweden Vietnam Friendship Association
2. Introducing different ways of celebrating midsummer in different regions in Sweden.
3. Dancing around maypole
4. Group games
5. Dinner and networking
