Pakistan, North: Plogging – Run for Earth

This activity is organised by SI Alumni Network Pakistan and is open to all.

Enjoy your weekend morning walk while caring for the environment and meeting like-minded people! Swedish Institute Alumni Pakistan (SIAP) – North Chapter invites you to participate in Plogging – an Eco-friendly fitness activity that combines jog/walk with litter picking.

Plogging is a great way to get some outdoor exercise while caring for the environment. It is an act of picking up trash while jogging or walking. At the end of this activity a guest speaker/expert on environment will join the participants for a healthy discussion over food. SIAP is organizing this activity as part of 7 Day Challenge campaign by Embassy of Sweden in Pakistan and WWF.
