This event is organised by the SI Alumni Network Pakistan and is open to everyone.

In Pakistan, there is an increasing suicide rate among young girls because of the stigma attached to mental health it is difficult for the family and the person going through a struggle to come out and express because of the platforms available are not in access or expensive. Purpose of this event is to create awareness of basic mental health rights and the platforms available for free or at low prices and what mediums are there which can be practiced by anyone at home or in the community for which art therapy tools and neurolinguistics programming tools will be practiced on the event day.

The drum circle is part of the music therapy under which eco-friendly reusable items are used to learn basic rhythms which helps in taking the anger out.
